Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email and username. If you connect an external wallet, we may also collect your wallet address. If you use the App’s built-in wallet, we generate and manage your wallet address.

Wallet & Transaction Data: We process and record transactions involving supported digital assets, including sending, receiving, and transfers across supported blockchains (including Solana and EVM-compatible networks). These transactions may be publicly visible on their respective blockchains.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, session duration, and error logs to improve performance and reliability.

Device Information: We may collect basic device data such as IP address, device type, and operating system to ensure proper functionality and security.

Camera Permission: CoinGuardTM may request access to your device’s camera for specific functionality within the application for scanning QR codes for wallet addresses, facilitating quick and accurate transaction inputs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Operate and maintain the App and wallet functionality

Enable sending, receiving, and managing digital assets across supported blockchains

Improve the App by fixing bugs and enhancing features

Communicate with you regarding updates, support, and important notices

Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activities

Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following cases:

Blockchain Transactions: Transactions conducted through the App are recorded on public blockchains (such as Solana and EVM networks). Wallet addresses and transaction details are publicly accessible.

Service Providers: We may share limited information with trusted third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) strictly to operate and improve the App. These providers are obligated to safeguard your data.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and users.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, user data may be transferred to the new entity under the same privacy commitments.

4. Your Choices

You can update your account information within the App settings

You may transfer your assets to external wallets at any time

You can stop using the App at any time

Certain data (e.g., blockchain transactions) cannot be deleted due to their public and immutable nature

5.Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect your data.

If using a custodial wallet, we take steps to secure wallet infrastructure

If using a non-custodial wallet, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and credentials

Blockchain transactions are inherently public and cannot be reversed

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

7. International Users

The App is hosted in the UAE. By using the App from outside this region, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. User Conduct & Content Policy

Users must not engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior within the App. Prohibited activities include harassment, fraud, impersonation, illegal transactions, or any misuse of the platform.

We reserve the right to monitor activity, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Users may report violations within the App, and reports will be reviewed promptly.

10. Account Deletion & Data Handling

Users may delete their accounts within the App at any time. Upon deletion:

Personal data stored on our servers will be permanently removed

Blockchain transaction data will remain publicly accessible and cannot be deleted

We do not store private keys or sensitive financial credentials for non-custodial wallets
